Terms of Service

Quick Answer Use AskEO only on websites you own or have permission to audit. Don't abuse the service. Pay your invoices. We can suspend abusive accounts.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or running an audit on AskEO you agree to these terms.

2. Use of the service

You may run audits only on websites you own or have explicit permission to audit. You may not use AskEO to harass, attack, or scrape sites at scale.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the customer portal — your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. Refunds are honored within 7 days of purchase.

4. Acceptable use

No reverse engineering or attempts to circumvent rate limits.
No reselling AskEO output as a different branded product (unless on Agency white-label).
No use of AskEO to compete directly with AskEO.

5. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but make no formal SLA on the Free plan. Pro and Agency customers may request credit for extended outages.

6. Limitation of liability

AskEO is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability for any direct damages is capped at the amount paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from account settings.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
