Why we built AskEO

For 25 years, "winning search" meant ranking on a Google results page. Then in 2023, generative AI quietly became search. ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews all answer questions directly — the user never sees a list of blue links.

We watched site after site lose AI visibility despite having "great SEO." The reason is simple: AI engines need different signals. They want llms.txt, AGENTS.md, FAQ schema, question-based headings, answer-first content, and explicit crawler permission. None of the legacy SEO tools check any of that.

We fetch your page, parse the HTML and JSON-LD, check for AI crawler permissions, hit Google PageSpeed Insights for Core Web Vitals, and feed the structured data into Claude AI for an expert interpretation.
