Quick Answer We collect only what we need to run your audits and your account. We never sell your data. You can delete your account and audit history at any time.

What information do we collect?

When you create an account we store your name, email address, password (bcrypt-hashed), and chosen plan. When you run an audit we store the URL you submitted, the parsed audit data, and the AI recommendations generated for your report.

How do we use your data?

To deliver the audits you request and let you revisit prior reports.
To process subscription payments via Stripe.
To send transactional emails (welcome, verification, password reset, billing).
To improve product quality through aggregated, anonymized analytics.

Do we share your data?

We never sell your data. We share data only with:

Stripe — for payment processing.
Anthropic (Claude API) — to generate AI recommendations for your audits.
Google PageSpeed Insights — to fetch Core Web Vitals for the URLs you submit.

Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in, plus a remember-me cookie if you enable it. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All traffic is served over HTTPS. Database backups are encrypted. We follow industry-standard security practices and patch our infrastructure regularly.

Children

AskEO is not intended for use by anyone under 16.
